We start with where you are at—with what you can do. Using gentle movements and the 9 Essentials, your brain is flooded with new information. With this information, your brain creates new connections and discovers new ways of moving, thinking, and acting.
We work in what we call “intensives.” - 2 or 3 sessions per day over consecutive days.
We have a collaborative team approach, which we have found to be extremely effective. You will work with both Terry and Antoinette.
We offer the following formats:
2 x 45 minute sessions per day for 5 consecutive days - total of 10 sessions - R7000
3 x 30 minute sessions per day for 3 consecutive days - total of 9 sessions - R6500
3 x 30 minute sessions per day for 4 consecutive days - total of 12 sessions - R7500
